- 1973年 山梨県富士吉田市に生まれる
- 1997年 明星大学日本文化学部生活芸術学科陶芸専攻研究課程修了
- 1997年 色絵磁器 高橋紘氏に助手として師事
- 1998年 京王百貨店新宿店 「米の器展」(～2003年)
- 1999年 神田 壷好「米の器展」
- 1999年 中国江蘇省宜興市長楽弘にて美術工芸大師 徐秀棠氏に茶壷(急須)制作を学ぶ
- 1999年 新潟三越「10000個の器展」
- 2005年 京王百貨店新宿店 「加藤貴志 作陶展」(2005～毎年)
